Greetings! The only trouble I seem to be having right now is connecting all of my homes. I have a number of open nodes on different avenues that do not seem to want to accept connections from other open nodes. Am I alone in this?

Have you tried clearing your cache?

If you have and this issue is not resolved, you need to send a ticket to the support team through the HELP tab above your game so they can advise you.

having problems connecting homes .. they dont stay and when they do I cant add the new ones I bought.
Is that one of the problems you are fixing? I have also noticed that too that instead of just adding one at each end I can add two..that hasnt happened before ..it is driving me mad trying to do my "town".. Good luck in all you guys have to do..and great job in helping us all.

Hello, do u know how long i have to wait when BVG will resolve my problem with my account? Its almost 2 weeks and i didnt get any respond from BVG....i sent 5 or 6 tickets to them and nothing happened. My other YoWorld account is currently inaccessible for security reasons. It happened couse i bought some glitched items from one guy , he was selling cute animals for good prices. In that time i didnt know it was glitch around. I wasnt selling them and i didnt want to ...they had to be gifts for my daugters birthday. And now i cant go into my account almost 2 weeks. Im honestly player and i was playing 7 years almost daily. I spent too much real coins for buying yocash. Its not fair, why noone bewared me? How i could to know that animals were glitch? I dont know what i have to do. Please help me someone to get my account back. Just want to know how long i have to wait for BVG respond. Thank u so much.

Just by sending 5-6 tickets bumps you down on the list, so just sit and wait, I usually get an answer withing 48hrs.

hello, u get an answer within 48 hours, but im waiting 2 weeks , from day when i was banned and i didnt get any respond...im checking my email 10times in a day and nothing. Idk where is problem. i m scared, couse i spent too much real money on this game.

r u sending from banned account or the one u r using right now? if they banned the other one, i think there is slim chance u will get it back, sry

I didnt know idid something bad, i was only buying some animals from one guy in his event , he was selling them 100k each. I bought 11 animals /per trade and i did 3 trades with him....one trade for me, one trade for my one daughter and one trade for my second daughter. I wanted to gift them that cute animals what i bought. But when i log into game again 3 hours later ..i couldnt go in. Then i was checking facebook comments and i saw what happened. Some glitched items were going around. But its not fair, how could i know they were glitch?

btw..i play yoworld from february 2009 and im daily player, honestly one and i spent real money on yocash too. Is this fair what happened to me? i had over 160 houses, millions coins and some yocash too. And im mother of 2 lovely daughters in real life, the y play yoworld too. I just want to cry.

u'll just gonna have to wait and see what they answer, give it some time, my friend was off game for weeks due to some credit card issues, so yours may take that long, or longer

i agree with u that not everyone is aware of glitches, and its not easy to avoid them, but its up to them to decide if they will allow u to go bak on your account or not...

I still can't put my own pictures in the brass frames, bought a whole bunch of them to make another gallery VERY SAD. hope it gets fixed soon
