I and several of my friends cannot collect on posted Selfies from others. That's a lot of coins daily that we are missing out on. I'll continue to wait for someone to reply to my over a month old ticket :/

I put in a ticket over a month ago....never taken this long to get a response. My buddy list is over 1000 I've spent several hours gong through my buddy list and deleting it to about 700. They keep coming back....then the migration happened and it dropped my buddy list to around 800....now they are back to 1056 and every day I delete it down to 950 and every day they all come back...sometimes more! What the heck?!?!!?! Why won't they STAY deleted?!?!?! Also I and several of my friends cannot collect on posted Selfies from others. That's a lot of coins daily that we are missing out on. My portfolio for the Stocks tab still isn't working.
I know there are alot of bug fixes needed to be worked on. I have ALOT of couns invested that i now cant access or see if i have earned anything.
Is there an idea as to when this will be repaired?

Hi, I ask several people if their buddy list is working and they say it is working fine. But mine hasn't worked for 5 whole days, please work on my buddy list. It's not quite fair for everyone else to have theirs working but be :wailing:

My wife who has played Yo for years has been restricted from the game because she spent a great deal of money this past month, so I questioned the charges with our bank. Long story short, they did not pay the current charges, but she paid them using PayPal. They also promised her that once this was paid she would have her account/ game back and it has been more then a month now.

I've had a look but can't see if anyone else is having problems with their pets after the migration?

My pet is no longer trained (messy!) and I can't afford to re train and buy another licence, also don't think that it's fair that I should have to! Has anyone else encountered this problem????? :wailing:

SINCE THE MIGRATION I AM HAVING NOTHING BUT TROUBLE BUYING YOCASH DOLLAR PACKAGES, EXAMP. BOUGHT 5 DOLLAR PKGS THEN IT SAYS IT NEEDS ALTERNATE FORM OF PAYMENT TODAY, WELL OVER A WEEK AGO SAME HAPPENED AFTER 20, I HAVE SPOKE WITH Bank AND FACEBOOK, BOTH SAY ITS NOT THEM... AND NO ONE WILL RESPOND FROM YOWORLD..... I BEEN BUYING YOCASH FOR YEARS NO ISSUES EVER...UNTIL NOW WITH THIS "Migration" EVERYTHING IS A MESS AND THEY KEEP PUMPING OUT ITEMS, AVENUES, THEMES ETC BUT BUG AFTER BUG IS BEING IGNORED.....WHY IS IT MORE BROKE THEN EVER, I HAVE NOT SEEN ONE IMPROVEMENT :eh:

Buddy list still not working. Got a reply from BVG. They asked to try playing the game on different browsers which I did. So it is clearly not some issue on my side. Its grayed out since last two weeks. :shocked:
