After week 1 of the current theme, they simply need to do something mysterious on FB and show a few solid items from the upcoming theme to get players talking about what is next. Maybe if the marketing group didn't spend all day trying to schedule out the next 50 gambling events, they'd have some time for it?

i sent a ticket in about the pop-up for the FB Update as we had the old one still. i also pointed out we never got a January prize one for YMCA2020. when i reported it, it was last day of January. and then today we got the YMCA pop-up but it has January prizes on it and not Februarys prizes! 
Seems like such a petty thing to worry about or to even bother addressing. There is so much wrong and so many questions people have been asking for months that only get ignored. Seem's you are more concerned with trivial things than things you should be. This just honestly makes no sense to me. Let's use desgin contests for example... there is always sooo much hype and excitement waiting for the release of these items, that players try to hoard as much yocash and or coins as they can prior to. So where is the logic in keeping everything secret til the exact release? Why make this a tos violation? People use software to "scrape" the YoWorld database. This allows them to see anything that any items/stores/etc that we have added, but haven't made active yet.
Ok so this would be like for IMVU what E-IMVU uses ? (Where u can view, outfits, closed shops and items that had been deactivated? Unfortunately, there's not much that we can do to prevent people from posting these sorts of things on Public/Private Facebook groups. We will do everything we can to stop it on pages that we control though.

Well Puffin no longer exists but I was still able to get to Yoworld. Now I can not. So I went to my Apple Apps and downloaded the mobile companion. It takes me to YoWorld Casino page and I have no idea how to get to the actual game. I am not great with these computer things. If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.

Most entertainment, whether it be a film, video game, or product has a period of marketing/advertising to generate hype so that people can prepare, financially, and mentally to pursue that product/game/movie at launch. Why stifle something so basic and common such as "anticipation" that can just get a spoiler alert put in the title is another mystery to me. I can understand if licensing is involved. But there is so many things to focus on fixing it looks odd to address this but not other things..

Hon, puffin pro is still working. It's not expensive and is by far the easiest browser for ipad and iphone. The most user friendly. The others are clunky and laggy and not a good option. Edited to add that the mobile companion app is a companion to the game but you can't access the game with it. It has slots and match 3 games. So basically it's a separate thing from the game but stuff you win in the game can either be transferred to the game as in coins/yocash or if it's an item it automatically goes into your game. Hopefully I made that clear enough.
