Yesterday I reach level 239 but on my pic among neighbor list it says I am still at level 238. I have asked a friend who says that it looks like I am on level 238 from her page. I have refreash, clear cookies and catche but nothing works. Now I have sendt a ticket. Also when I go to the factory to work I dont Always get my xp. I have to refreash to get them and sometimes several times then I get them. It is enoying. Anyone else who have the same problem?? And problems with the boxes you get when you work with neighbors, it dont says new on them anymore??

I'm just feelin at a loss here. I've emailed and asked for help... the problem i was having was supposedly fixable by refreshing my game... it is not. My buttons on top don't work. So that means: no free gifts, no recieving of gifts, no buying Yocash etc. IDK what I have to do.. but emailing isn't even working for me . :( I miss being able to play.

After a big reset like migration, you should clear your cache and reboot the game. Hopefully, this will get you back on track.

You can also try a new browser or uninstalling/reinstalling the YoWorld app.

If none of these fixes help, you need to send a ticket to the support team by using the HELP tab above your game.

but my friend is banned for "Buy on a Event" loot of hairs, why is bann for it?
Exist "Log" It is showing a recent activity in handling issues of coins, there is a chance to look at this and punish the real culprit?
