why doesn't bvg just go ahead and hang out a big YOU'RE NOT WELCOME HERE sign...on Yw?
i've been repeatedly disconnected today, i get this ...

so fine then. i'll find something else to do for the most part since so many of my high level buddies were smart enough, long before this, to vacate the premises. i was already sick of being tossed out most every time i tried to JOIN someone or click on an EVENT or use that nasty bvg MAP so this is the final straw.
i'd have MUCH MORE PATIENCE with this if all of the other disconnecting hadn't been going on ... VERY REGULARLY ... since bvg came in and trashed so many COMMUNITY avenues of connecting with other players. in all of these years of this sorry business, bvg has NEVER made an effort to fix those problems (or the other cr*p like that sorry GIFTING section). but OH I'M SO SURE that this issue is temporary. as temporary as all of the rest that i've mentioned...? so give it FOUR to SIX YRS and then maybe it'll be all fixed up. nice.

Well, Adobe won't be doing any more updates, and that's a security problem. In fact, it was because of security problems that Adobe decided to end flash. And a fight with Apple, but you know. So, like I was saying, I don't quite understand what blocking will mean exactly. But all that aside, facebook will begin some sort of crack down on flash games very soon if not tomorrow. So, I wonder how BVG expects to get around that.

I know, I have more questions than answers, but this should sort itself out soon. As long as my Casablanca Interactive Whispering Camel still works, I'll be good...

I am playing fine on pc desk top-windows Edge. No problems. Surprisingly. I miss playing on Gameroom, wish this would be available for Yo. Thanks BVG for all your efforts <3

I've tried 3 different browsers for mobile, and I wasn't able to talk either.

Yes, whether using a browser like Chrome or the BVG app, for now, both will continue with flash until the HTML5 version is ready.

If I remember correctly, the app was just to keep players from having to go through the allow flash prompts each time they entered the game. It really is just a stripped and modified version of Chrome that doesn't allow you to interact with any other website than yoworld on facebook. I'm glad you can use it in the interim and nice feature, you get yocash and fabulous prizes too!

Nothing is working. I've tried for two days to get on a game I've played long before it changed from YoVille. I was told to allow it on my malware. I allowed all but scam and malware protections, but this is also my work computer. It won't allow me in. I've downloaded the app on my desktop three times. Nothing. I'm a bit to the point where I'd just like to auction off all of my years of homes, clothing, special items, and decor and be done with it. I've tried just waiting it out on continuing to use the facebook entry, but it just stops loading completely.

I wonder if you installed the app after downloading it. That is a crucial step to take before you can play the game again. It should put an icon on your desktop and in your start menu with a red Y on it...

I haven't tested it in the streaming, but Yoworld always disconnected you for inactivity, like after 5 minutes away from keyboard. But even if you're not inactive, once you're in the game for about 20 minutes, arrows and map areas don't work and you get the disconnect message. You're right it's always been that way and it would be nice if they fixed it. But, I think it's just a server resource saver that tries to offload anyone who has become inactive.

Maybe they could increase the timeout period? That would be nice...

That's weird. I can't stream yw on Edge v.87; which is up-to date. The link to load Flash free version is not there. What version are you using, if you don't mind me asking?

I have Chrome yet there is not a way for me to get it on Chrome. I'm still currently using the flash version, which I know ends today. Any advice? Tried downloading and it's preventing me from downloading. I'm not sure what else to do. Happy New Year y'all!

I downloaded fire fox and it won't work on phone. Puffin no longer works now either to play on phone. Sad just sad.

I caved. I admit, I gave up using my laptop, when I discovered I could play yo on my phone. I dislike using computers, as with my job at the hospital, I use them a lot. As I said, I caved. I went out today and bought a new one. I instantly hooked it up, and after preliminaries of set up were completed, I signed into Google, then immediately got into my beloved game. I am back, and happy to not have lost my yo. My only addiction. What can I say, it brings peace and entertainment to me. LOL so worth it! I may not be able to play Yo on my phone again, but I still have my game. Yay. THE ONLY THING that upset me was on Dec. 24th, my VIP payment was taken out, and not due again til Jan 24th. Upon entering my game via computer, It made me sign up for VIP as if I were new, and had to charge me again. But, at this point, I don't care. I have my yo back. And things seem smooth in game, including access. Very quick. I am going to check the game out more, I wish all a Happy new year. having yo back is a good start for me.

I can't get in using Chrome, either. It allows me to send Hot Dogs, but that's it. So I do that and then switch to the App, which I had been using most of the time, anyway. Happy New Year! I hope you get it working for you!!

I have tried for 2 days to log in and haven't been able to.

My virus software will not allow me to download the game and for some reason I can not stream it either (it won't start at all) all that happens is a circular thing keeps spinning indicating I guess that it is trying to load.

I also emailed Big Viking yesterday and have not heard back yet.

I hope this game is playable again soon.
