THEY DO CHECK FORUMS. DAILY.
But, they will not address a personal account issue here so your best course of action is to send them a ticket via the HELP tab above your game. Look for an automated response in your emails/spam or junk folder within 24-48 hours. Once you receive that, you know your issue is being looked at, and you should receive an answer within a week or so, depending on the number of tickets that are being worked on atm. This is a Holiday Weekend for the staff, so a few extra days is needed before they will respond.
DO NOT send multiple tickets as every time you do, your place is in the queue is reset.
