My game is not playing please help its not opening help :

I can't play on yoworld steaming. Can't stroll up or down.

Why doesn't the desktop app work for you? What Operating System do you use? If you use either a laptop or a desktop with either Windows OS or Mac OS, it should work. For the time being, it is the best way to play YW.

I use windows and it had worked up until a couple of weeks ago and it then it wouldn't load so after that i was using the FB GR and it worked ok on there until the other day when they rolled out the bridging system and now i can only access it by using Chrome which doesn't give you the rewards for using the App ....iv'e uninstalled and reinstalled the app i think 3 times now and it still doesn't work

If the app does not load, usually it is because the server is too busy, and sometimes it gets stuck at 74% too. Click Refresh to reload the App, there is no need to uninstall and reinstall again as long as your version is the latest version v 1.1.5
It usually loads 100% after several refreshes. No need to wait longer than 5 minutes to refresh, because it loads, or not. I refresh after 1 minute or less. On average, it takes 2-3 refreshes to get in.

Unless you tell us what device, what browser, we don't know how to help you. We need the information. Even the Vikings would need such information.

based on something that just hit my mind thinking of everything changing do to flash even my own forum provider is working on there v6, not thinking i seen anything about this forum it self but will there be changes to it to upgread to html5 as well soon?

HELP I have not been able to play YoWorld in week. I have cleared my cache, made sure I have an updated version of Adobe flash and nothing happened. I have tried to download the PC link and it is not compatible with a Chromebook. I have clicked the link for streaming since my browser is Chrome, and all I get is a white screen with a wheel that says it is trying to connect. I don't know what else to do, and would love some help in resolving this issue. I have even submitted a help ticket, I got the auto reply that the ticket was received. I look forward to hearing from you soon. I cannot wait to be reunited with my Yo Pals.

No ads in streaming. Ads are only available in YW Desktop app.

Andrew, why am i having such trouble with this change-over? i couldn't make this stick for some reason. i have YoWorld downloaded 6 times on my computer. The only way i can get in is going to that folder and clicking one of those downloads in order to get into the game. All my other games work through Facebook Gameroom, but not YoWorld! What am i doing wrong here?

Hi, do we know how long we will be without the ads and our daily Yocash on the streaming service? Is it possible to consider setting up the daily Yocash with ads via the mobile app until the new system is up and running?

Once you download the Desktop App, you need to play YoWorld using that program. Gameroom does not work with YoWorld Streaming

If you're having trouble viewing ads, could you please take a screenshot showing exactly what you see when you try so that we can investigate further?

You can see how the TV icon is grayed out in the browsers. It is not possible for players using browsers to do ads now. They can only be done through the app (image 3 shows the TV icon as clickable). The payouts on the app are also now very hit or miss. I'd estimate that 1/3 to 1/2 of the ads do not give coins.

I use my phone to play and it doesn't give me the option to click "continue playing with flash", it just says to download yw app, which I did and literally nothing happened. I still can't play and I over it... Is it not letting me play because I'm using my phone? How are we supposed to play is we don't have a laptop or computer? Make it make sense, please.

Sorry, I'm not technically minded when it comes to stuff like this!

Are you thinking of deactivating your fb because you don't want to see posts from ppl and stuff like that? Because if that's the case, You can make a brand new fb account and use it only to play yw. That's what I do now, I moved all my stuff from one account to my new one and started playing like that. The only thing is that you will have to start from level 1, that's the only downside but usually when you level up, you can win yc and coins. As far as transferring any coins to the new account, you can log in to both of the accounts on different devices and make an event on one and join with the other one and trade the coins or yc.
