hi... issue I am having when loading it is stuck at 80% activating your player, I clean out the cache, still the game isnt loading..

Thank you for picking ME... to test out the HTML ...i have many issues makeup...eyes lips..having issues with coloring.. all distorted i tried app and on FB .both same.. also i trouble loading issues to next room ..one thing i can say I LOVE NO LAG! n the animated items are so much smoother n faster..PB no color chart.. ..u can still do pb art as of now..but the color chart is not showing the colors..ALSO NO BUDDY LIST I RESTARTED over n over and no buddy list at all.AH HOUSE... doesnt show the minutes only how many hours left.so i tried to gift friends n i froze up 3x i tried..cant send gifts.i cannot do the GEM events at all.. also when visiting now i cant go in n out of the rooms..this is bad but im sure you guys will make this great in end..another one i found today editing clothing..i try and save it and it goes to a grey blank screen...ill report more as they come

I am in the group to test the HTML 5. I read that there was a place in the forum I could go to to learn how to report the bugs/glitches and to be able to actually report these bugs.
I am having multiple problems. (Red images in place of the items that were supposed to be there, unable to go into houses or next screens.
I would like to be able to send a photo of what I am writing about. Can you please message me with the information?

The only thing I see under privacy settings is..Account info..which it will send me in 30 days and delete my account. Player account is on on everything..

If you are trying to watch the ads, I mean the privacy setting of your browser, not the privacy setting of the game. Click your browser's Preferences, then click Privacy and Security.

i guess I wont be able to play this game till they fix html5.. I'm still stuck at 80% activating the player.. but i can click on inbox and that shows up...

To play YW by streaming, you need to use either a desktop computer or a laptop. If after clicking the link which says "Continue streaming on flash player free version of YoWorld," the game would not open fully for you, then try using a different browser other than Chrome. Use Firefox, or Vivaldi, or Brave browser. If you still want to use Google Chrome browser, please check your browser's setting and allow all cookies and allow it to access the game.

If you can click Download successfully, you can install the YW desktop app if you have a desktop or laptop computer. Playing using the app is way better than streaming.

Both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge are heavy browsers. I suggest using Vivaldi browser, it is very light and easy on your system. It is also very fast. I am using Vivaldi.

i downloaded firefox and Vivaldi and they both works,,, thank you for your help

It is because you were selected to be one of the testers for the HTML version of the game. All testers have the same problem you mentioned above.

" please help ", i need a handheld sign that says " i have no keyboard "..
it's unlike me not to say something and title my videos plus reply to my neighbor messages, etc.
