Many people reported that they could not get into the game, and they are not beta testers for the HTML5 version. I am at my wit's end as to why. If you don't mind streaming, please try another browser.

Vicky I use chrome and can play. scroll down when download pop ups and there is a link to play without downloading.

Very frustrating but sure it will be great when all the bugs are worked out.

Not all of my arrows are working. Both in rooms and the ones I purchased in store.
AH show hours left for something but not the minutes.
When I click to decorate room store or inventory doesn't show. Then I have to refresh to get out of decorating mode.
The only tab at the top that I can access is the community tab
Can't click on friends to visit back who have visited me.
Can't decorate at all.

Is there any way to OPT out of testing the HTML5? I can't do pretty much anything. I can't trade or gift. I freeze constantly. My friends either show up invisible, naked, or missing hair. My chat messes up sometimes. It's to the point where I just wish I never volunteered to test this. I know it's being tested to work out all the kinks, but I can't even play.

I got a new computer since I was only playing via my phone until the change. At first, things went smoothly, in game, access to game etc. But lately, it's been difficult to place objects without having duplicate imagery, and takes forever to load. It seems, at least on my end, that things are getting worse than better. Today for instance, It was difficult getting into the gave via the game link, and Google Both took forever then ran slowly. I thought it was my computer, but everything else worked fast and without troubles.
Just thought you should know.

For HTML5 you don't need to download anything.

If you use a computer or a laptop, and want to use the YoWorld desktop app, you can download it from the "Download" tab on the top part of the game.

This is expected for some players. There is no way to fix this other than getting the Desktop App.

Update: There is an issue with the game going to a whitescreen periodically for some players. This is being investigated.

I AM SO loving using chrome for playing on Yoworld

I am still having to refresh several times....it is freezing up when trying to visit some of my neighbors.

I use my iPad to play, will the links work for me too?

I have iPad and no, we cannot play YoWorld using an iPad or a cell phone. The link won't show up. Flash browsers like Puffin and Photon won't work anymore. Are you a HTML5 tester? Then I don't know as I am not a tester.

First time using this. All I played yoworld on was my iPad and now I can’t play it anymore. Will I be able to play again once html5 comes out? I spent too much on this game for it to be the end for me lmaoo

The desktop app is not temporary. What's temporary is the streaming.

Today, I couldn't click on anything...no matter how many times i refreshed. Tried several times during the day.
