Hey YoFans,

We're celebrating the Lunar New Year with a brand new Action Event!

This Event is a little different than previous ones, thanks to YoFans' feedback! Here's a quick rundown on what to expect:

The Basics

Click the Gem icon in the top left corner of Yo to kick off our newest Event. This will unlock your very first Event Chest, which you can open to get a sweet prize!

To open more Event Chests, you'll want to complete Challenges! Each Challenge will ask you to perform player actions in specific locations around Yo. Read the Event information screen or the brand new Challenge Tracker (which will appear when you're in the right location) to learn more about today's Challenge!

Completing a Challenge will award a Challenge Reward Item and Gems. The more Challenges you complete, the more items get added to your Event Chest prize pool - and those Gems that you've earned will open Event Chests!

Got that? Complete Challenges to get a reward item, Gems, and unlock more item possibilities for your Event Chest. Open Event Chests by spending Gems! Easy peasy.


More Details

• Bonus Challenges will appear some days. They have more requirements, but they'll give you more Gems for completing them!

• Complete Challenges while the Gem Booster is active (the first 31 days of this Event) to get 10x the Gems! The Booster also applies to Bonus Challenges, so be sure to take advantage of it.

• There are 62 days in this Event, and 28 Challenge Rewards to earn. You can continue earning Gems after getting all your rewards - so take advantage of that Gem Booster early to make sure you get the most out of your Event Chests!

• You can purchase Gems (a Bag or a 'Top Up') at any time. The Booster does not apply to purchases; only those Gems earned by completing Challenges.

• Challenges appear at 21:00 UTC every day, and expire at 20:55 UTC - after Daylight Savings on March 11th, Challenges will appear at 20:00 UTC and expire at 19:55 UTC. Missing a Challenge means you miss out on its Gems!

• The Gem icon and Challenge tracker will be collapsed to the lower left hand corner of your game screen once the day's Challenge has been completed.

• YoFans who participated in previous events will be happy to hear that there will be fewer duplicate prizes from the Lunar Event Chest!
