First of all the app says Yoworld but when you get in , it's not yoworld but other game. When you try to get on , popup comes and says server full try in a few mins, but hours later , still can't get on . I get messages on my phone from app, " come and get your coins " but i cant get in lol . Maybe in the future before they release something new , they should test it first , js :wailing:

I'm sorry you're having trouble, HoLLy. The YoWorld Mobile Companion App is a new venture for us, and we wanted to be sure that its launch wouldn't negatively affect YoWorld on Facebook since it does tie into the Facebook game. A lot of testing has gone into the App, but as with any brand new launch, sometimes unforeseen things happen.

I have good news for you though! An update will be making its way through the App and Play Stores in the near future, that will hopefully help resolve the login issue for many YoFans. Please check for updates often to ensure you're receiving the latest updates and fixes. If you don't have an update available yet, once you see the "servers full" message, please try shutting the App down to try again. An update should make its way to your chosen app store very soon! Thanks for your patience in the meantime :heart:

I'll be moving threads about the App to this new section so we can make sure everyone's questions are answered as quickly as possible, and to make the information easier to find! :heart:
