i play new since 4 days on phone and find some collect. items, witch say is in my inventory, but in YW i no have invi. here in YV i check but no find the stuff, so pls, may some of u know where i can find them and transfer to YV ?

i find the world is very difficult, boring and no mood to play... i have just 2 games, slot machine and gems, the rest may from higher level, wich arrive is hard... this is not a world, just 2 games, a world is a place i can go around, find a lot of diff. things, but there u need a lot of time and money to level up, and not forget... u'r real money...

is sad and i don't know if i play this one longer...

Have you checked your log? its located near the settings tab on YoWorld when you load it on your PC next I'd recommend checking it out. Go to items and see if the items you won are to be found in your log. To check which items you won go to the YoWorld Companion app and go to setting>collection and you will see a list of the items you had won.
If you happen to have nothing I'd recommend sending a ticket if it means that much to you. Do let me know how you get on ok?

noooo... tysoomuch, jesus, there i find all since i play YV, from the old version too... how cool... i check and search all, but what is in front of my nose i no found...

is just i no speak and write english well, and always m' unsure if users understand what i mean... tytyty... now i transfer today first coins and cash i won, but is hard there to level up cause u have just 2 options to play...

i always make screen from all cash i bought, but is no longer need cause i find all in log... m' happy...

if i can help u too feel free to come in chat or how u contact... don't know how i can do...
