You need to send a ticket by clicking the HELP button in game.

You go to your usual Yoworld game on computer and send from the Help tab there. They will know the mobile Yoworld account is yours cause is link with the facebook.

I just sent a ticket in myself today and they replied. My case Apple was having problem though Apple tried to give me the roundaround.
