When I click on it, it takes me to my husband's account. How can I get around this?

I remove the app and reinstall it again! and make sure that you logged out from your husband account on any facebook app!

or log out off anywhere you logged on facebook on phone/tablet and log out via app!

Thanks but it did not work. This app drives me nuts. He is totally signed off Facebook and does not play the companion app.

I had a similar issue, so I deleted the app and re-installed it, which prompted a Facebook login window where I was able enter the appropriate info.

What do you see when you try to log in after deleting and re-installing, Adeline?

It automatically logs in apparently because what I see is the page where you just push the button to play. I push the login with facebook button.

That would mean that you're logged into your husband's Facebook account on the device you're using to play YoMo. :?: Log out from the browser and from the Facebook app, delete the YoWorld app, re-install it and try again. It should work.

I agree, it seems somewhere your device is logged on as your husband. Logout of facebook and manually type in your info. If it still goes to your husband's put in a ticket and see if they can help you that way. Last time I did a ticket about the app the turnaround was very quick.

Depending on which device you're playing on, the App can check your Facebook login from either the Facebook App or your mobile browser.

I'd double check to make sure your husband isn't logged in on both of those, and then try logging into the YoWorld Companion again :)

Are you using Android or iPhone?

In Yomo can you go to to settings and logout then login again.

If still cannot. Assuming you have logout of the facebook on the device, for Android, there should under your application settings in the phone to clear cache and clear data for Yoworld Mobile. Then try Yomo again.

I have an Iphone. Thanks. Am giving up. We have two phones and two computers. I had all facebook signed off and deleted the app. It did no good. I sent in a ticket but I have basically given up.

Edit: I see you got yours fixed. :thumbsup:

I tried on my iphone it worked. I just list my steps below in case future anybody problem.

Went to my facebook app on iphone. Clicked the 3 bar lines at the bottom right, scrolled down and logout of the facebook.

Then I checked my Safari to see if it is available on the phone as that is the default browser. In iphone settings goto General --> Restrictions --> Toggle the button to On to make use of Safari. Don't have to do this if already have Safari but on my phone Safari was off.

Next went to the Yomo app, settings (the wheel looking thingy) and logout. Still in Yomo app, it shows a Login with facebook button, clicked it, it took me to some options to login, says 1) login with the facebook app that is on the iphone or 2) login with telephone or email. I chose option 1 to login with the facebook app that is on the iphone. Popup appear I click Open button. Then keyed-in my facebook email and password. It says you have already authorised Yoworld so I click Ok button. It will open up Yomo automatically and I'm back in again.
