Ok, so I've had enough of their antics...every time I raised my bet to 5YC I'd go on a run of no cherries and no bonuses so they could take all of my money....I truly believe that's how they programmed this machine. I drop down to my 2YC bet and 
I got cherries 1st spin, right away! I've been checkin this out now for a few months and I definitely see a pattern here. I've had enough...want to keep a few YC...so I leave the game and switch to betting coins... my bet is 2000 coins and I switched to the Gold Rush Game because I noticed it paid off pretty quick on the quest and actually paid out more winners than usual. Within the first few rolls, I got a scatter win (3 roulette wheels) The screen goes to the scatter bonus...I tap it to stop it. It stops on a bell. It does it's waste of time spin to show my payout will be 3 bells and the lowest multiplier available is X10 (which obviously is the only multiplier BVG is willing to pay out, even though the slot shows the option of possibly winning X10, X15, or X20. I hear tell the first week or two the mobile app came out players actually were able to get lucky and possibly win something other than X10 (now the other two numbers don't even light up like they might have a possibility of landing on 15 or 20). Ok back to my game....I have my bet of 2000 with a X10 for my scatter win... I want them to explain to me how that gives me a payout of 16000 coins! (have a screenshot of that too) Oh yeah...I'll be emailing them .... again!!! Some of us actually pay real money to play these slots...I do believe there are Gambling Commissions that regulate and oversee Casinos that use real money (even though the Casino is trading our real cash for their play tokens so we don't actually play with real cash...the tokens were purchased with real cash!) to ensure they are not being underhanded. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. Them just paying me whatever they feel like paying - totally irrelevant to the slot screen. So many times, I've had bonuses on the Lucky 7 and it landed on a blank spot and that was it...it didn't advance me to the next wheel...just paid me that amount. (Landed like on a 5 first wheel, and an 8 the second wheel and that's it...they didn't want to pay anymore! so they quit my bonus game! That was jaw dropping to me..sometimes I just get so tired of constantly having to email them of their rip offs like they think I'm stupid and don't notice!..I've never in my life seen such crooked slots! Created by people who think most of the players don't notice and they can make cash in that way...maybe most don't! It's still underhanded, low, despicable, and disrespectful!) Do we really want them to expand with more ways to swindle our money? A lot of people are caught up in just watching their spins come to a win and don't add up their wins or watch what's really happening on those reels! I play slots to win...I watch patterns and how it acts to how I play in different ways.
