I have spent a lot of time on my mobile app and had earned enough yo coins to transfer some over to my account. I cautiously sent myself 50,000 coins, but when I got on the game, it said it was transferring, but nothing happened, so I hit thank you thinking that would make it click over, I still didn't get it! If it is going to rook me out of my transfers every time I work that hard to make them, then I won't play that app anymore, because that is time I could be spending on something else. I'm not real happy at this point.

Make sure to put in a ticket about it, they are good at finding out what happened & crediting you.

Clear cache on your browser. It might take a few minutes, to transfer

Thank you all for your comments. I wanted to post that the money finally came through. Maybe it was my fault. I don't know, but I wanted everybody to know they didn't end up cheating me. Sorry for complaining.

Better to be safe than sorry No need to say sorry, over bringing something to everyone attention. It might of just been a glitch or slow transfer.
