Logging in every 4 hours, click "collect" on the money bag but every time it still says 1 of 4 collected... I guess its not registering? Is there going to be compensation for that if there is a glitch? TIA

Have you tried clearing the app's cache, unistalling and reinstalling, or check for upgrade?
