Mayday mayday . Your Atlantis game is screwy. This happened after I did your recent update. Cannot reach the other tiles of block breaker. It is showing the tiles at top right screen. Gimme back my money please. :wailing:

Just discovered Emerald City slot also same thing happening.

Oh, no, I just did the update myself, but my quests for the day were already completed so I don't know how it's working yet. I feel like nobody even reads this sub-forum or the issues we have with the App.

They won't reimburse my yocash even though this is clearly a fault on their part. Wonder what Apple has got to say about this.

That's not right at all! Things were working fine as far as I could tell and I'm sorry now I downloaded the update. At least I was only betting $100 coins, but they should make this right, especially for YC.

Yeah they told me cannot reimburse me cause the log doesn't show. Of course it doesn't show cause I can't click to open the tile. :dizzy:

This game has been broken for a while. I get crappy calculations too. Some, at which are costly which is why when I complete quests, my bet is ALWAYS 100c.

I have also encountered the same issue that Toink did with the Atlantis game.. my screen ended up identical to her screenshot above and I had to force restart the App to get it to do anything and then did not resume where it had left off.

The app was also updated from the 30 Oct.

I am using an iPad Air2 and iOS version 12.0.1(16A404)

I have now sent in a ticket as this issue is affecting both the Atlantis and Emerald City Games. o_o

I already filed a ticket and then replied to the auto-response so as to include the screenshot of my phone, which I couldn't initially upload with the report because it was in .png format instead of .jpg, so I'll put the info here to not set the Ticket back in the queue.
