love the upgraded app version plus the enchanted forest bundle. the enchanted acorn mini house is beautiful. the chip wins may take a while to win but every game has a new winning gift, its exciting. thanks!

I'm very happy that you added new features for the mobile app especially good yocash deals but I have a few questions/comments
1) Are the chip event items on a timer? will they expire? or are those staying for good? or will they get switched out for other prizes someday?
2) It seems like ever since the chip event started I have a VERY hard time getting bonus games to pop up - like ridiculously hard. The Enchanted Forest game for instance the other day one of the daily tasks was to play the butterfly bonus game - I actually completed 2 of the other bonus games at the top - where you fill the enchanted bar to get the game to start - I played that twice before I finally got to play the butterfly bonus game; that has never ever taken so long to pop up EVER. Please look into that, it's very annoying. Thank you. Also it seems like I lose a lot more than I was before the update, with the yocash anyway. Before the update I was winning pretty regularly betting yocash now I keep losing constantly. I know it seems every time you have chip event in the regular casino I lose too I hope when all the gem things are cleared the game will go back as it was. I hope.

Do you guys play on iPhone? I had to update my credit card before it would work. My friend has a Samsung and she says she can't get it to work at all either.

I got an answer on my ticket . . . . told me to uninstall, reinstall, which I had already done. Deal is gone now
