for two weeks straight I have spent HOURS daily completing the challenges, on 12 out of 14 days it gave me 15-30k coins as a prize, finally on one day it gave me the chance to win an item prize (which I didnt) and one day I finally chose and recieved the harp as prize. one prize in 14 days of HOURS of effort is a joke...I will no longer waste time, effort and money on the app...Im done!
You need to make item prizes available for a chance to win AT LEAST every 3 or for days or so to give people the incentive to continue playing....not every 12 days

I didn't realize you could win items as a prize. I've only ever seen the coins.

It was previously just coins for collecting all the bonuses I do prefer the new update, it makes the items rarer and more special. I've got coins a few times and a few cool items and pets.

It seems like some people constantly win, and others of us never do.
I could swear the ratio of odds to win is set differently for different ip addresses
