My yocash purchases from the safe and buying not showing up please help. Anyone having trouble purchasing?

On the 1st of March I bought I yocash pack via google play. It has been billed to my phone but never received the yocash.
Then last night I got my 2nd gem and should have received 10yocash but never got that either :grr

The same with me. This makes twice that it’s happened and no resolve with support.
I bought all 13 safes both times and only got one yocash for each transaction.
This is nothing but robbery!
ETA: Just logged on app and was awarded my yocash purchased.
