Hi,

I am wondering if more people have this issue: there are amazing Daily Challenge Items to be had, but all I ever get is coins. There are never any items visible, never any to be won, or seen. I thought this was normal, and the coins are welcome, but now I am finding out that it is not normal at all to only get coins, that one of the 3 prizes to be won in the Daily Challenge, is actually, always, an item.
And just to make sure I am understood: I have been playing mobile for a year now, and have been able to pick one of the 3 boxes at least a few times a week, but I have never seen any items there, just coins.

Soooo, why have I never seen that before? How come I never get items when I finish the Daily Challenges? Is that a glitch? A bug?

Sooooo, I realy am the only one who has this "problem"?

I don't think too many people check this forum regularly. You would probably have more luck getting responses on the main forum. I have not had this problem, but I have heard of others with the same experience.

I have too. I’m guessing perhaps our levels are too low? I’m almost level 40 in the mobile app

I always get coins when I do the "easy" quests, ergo, the ones that are like clear 10 chains, get 1 super win, get 10 big wins... but on the ones where you have to collect bonus boxes or send gifts to friends, 9 times out of 10 i do get an item in at least one of the boxes. Now, picking the right box is a whole 'nother story.

I have this same problem, I've maxed out my level on the game aswell

It almost seems account related. Some people get gifts every day. I played for 21 days straight and only got coins.

Mine seems to go in streaks... no matter what color the gift box is or what I have to do, most of the time, I am offered coins. It wasn't always like this, I used to get gifts offered alot...sometimes 2 at one time. Not sure why that changed... my playing hasnt changed and it doesnt seem to matter if I play with coins or yc...... it's all a GAMBLE!

Sorry for not responding for so long, I am in the middel of moving house and I was not able to look here for some time.

Glad to read it is not just me. I have been max level for a good while now, and been playing for much longer. Was never in a hurry to level fast. Still, nothing but coins on the dailies for me. I would have loved to get the gorgious pirate ship, for instance.
When doing the slots machines I do get gifts, small ones, and a lot of the same things. So I am very happy with that, because they are sell-able in game. (who needs 10 the same jackets. LoL)

Only when one of the quests is either the bonus 4X, or the sending 10 gifts, do I seem to get an option for a prize besides coins.

And then it's maybe half or one third of the time. And then of course have to choose the right one of 3.
