Ha! You think you're an outcast? I've never even owned a cell phone and the only mobile devices I own are books! :bye:

There are times I wish I could not own a phone if not for business. Honestly I do not see how people always stay glued to them now. :dizzy: Every where you go, out to eat they have the fork in one hand and phone in the other. To the park they are walking looking down at the cell instead of whats around them. Even at red lights I look over and there is someone with nose in a phone. :dizzy: I even had a friend who started talking to me the way she would text. We was talking one day and instead of laughing about something she says Lol. :haha: :silly:

Proud owner of a Samsumg 4S Active in mint condition. It is as smart of a phone as I'll ever need.

Very interesting piece of news. Thanks.

The phone has its place. Too many people allow it to become more important than reality. I like that I can map something on the run. I like that I have it if there is a problem. It can be a good time waste when I have time to waste.

Its off when I'm moving - walking, driving, flying. It is not around me at night (sorry mom). And I respond at my convenience. Never anyone else's. Spouse included. I've trained my entire family that I'll get back to you when I can. Otherwise they infest every minute along with my friends. I honestly do not know how they all do it. I'd go nuts plugging into it every waking minute.

If you're not careful, you're gonna get the whole YoWorld team on a(nother) IT Crowd binge :haha:

The App is great for those who want a connection to Yo on the go, or even just as fun little mobile games. If it's not for you, I promise we'll still love ya

Any advice Jess for those who have spent a day and night trying to connect? :?:

If you see the "servers full" message, try shutting the App down completely, then try again. Apart from that, I'm afraid patience is the best strategy - our main goal is to make sure we don't hurt YoWorld on Facebook while trying to get the App ramped up, so we'll be increasing the number of players who can log in simultaneously as we become more and more sure that it won't affect anything :)

I'm sorry you've been waiting so long, but your patience will pay off!

I think it is a brilliant idea. You've energized most of the player base and possibly increased sales. Peeps love them some mobile apps and they definitely love them some Yo. Figuring out a way to get them doing anything Yo related on their devices was a nice win.

The IT Crowd (as well as Black's Books) is full of Win! I always describe my BF as being a cross between Sheldon Cooper, Spock and Mr. Bean but you can throw in Maurice to the mix, as well. ;)

You two are my heroes. I hate seeing people texting and driving and putting other people's lives in danger. It also drives me crazy that people can't seem to shop for groceries without talking on a cell phone asking someone at home what kind of apples they want or having a big gossip fest.

I was in a full waiting room at a walk in clinic a few months back, and every single person except me and someone I would suspect was about 100 years old had their nose buried in a cell phone. I told someone I liked the way they had done their nails and she looked up at me like she was shocked someone actually had real conversations any more.

I'd have one if I was still traveling long distances for work as they are good for emergencies and it's not like you can find phone booths around now, either. There is maybe once a year when I think a cell phone would have been convenient in some situation I find myself in but since I am such a homebody now, the cost is prohibitive to how much I would need one. I also like to screen calls and return them when I feel like it. It would drive me crazy people texting me and expecting me to be at their beck and call. I even leave chat turned off on FB as my time is my own.
