This is beyond ridiculous. I'm not holding my breath on any compensation, we've never gotten any in the past from these extended outages that cost us money.

i am SO BUMMED about this! i had over 250 consecutive days of signing in, and now.... it's gonna all be gone. WHAT A CROCK!!! Things around here just aren't like they used to be. This sucks. :wailing:
