I haven't been able to access the game for almost 2 days now. Keep getting the message the internet connection is lost and to reconnect. Cannot reconnect. Using an iPhone SE. Wi-fi on, everything else works. Thank you.

I went from level 40-50 in three days. It was fast! Odd that two-three levels in the mid 40's had no prizes for leveling up.

I found I lose my connection only when I'm in the YoWorld game with my PC and try playing the YoMo with my tablet or phone at the same time. Guess you can only be on one or the other..... Likewise, if I forget to close out my YoMo and come into YoWorld, I continually lose connection in YoWorld. I always go and check whichever one I'm not using at the time and close it out...seems to remedy the losing connection problem.

Just wanted to thank you so much for being so merciful and tweeking out level 25 for us...It wasn't a very enjoyable game....was stuck on it for days over and over. I too got "lucky" once and could probably have won because I got two of the multi-colored jewel right next to each other, but my hand was too close to the board and another jewel sensed it and move so I lost that option. :wailing: Was sooo happy when I came into the game and noticed the 4 cut-out squares had been moved in a square! And lo and behold I was able to get through that level!!! :) I was sooo happy! and it restored my like of the match 3 jewel game! :D :haha:
Thank you for the new levels. I too noticed the lag in the game whenever there was a jewel match...but it's good now. Glad you fixed that! The waiting for pieces to fill empty squares was almost intolerable! :nerd: :haha: Those of you that keep losing connection or can't get the game up..make sure you are not concurrently in the YoWorld. If you are in both, they will, one or the other, lose connection. (Only one or two times it's actually let me stay on both...but when I closed out the YoMo and went back to my PC game, it instantly lost connection...guess it just waited for me to come back. :haha: )
If being on both is not your problem, you may want to upgrade your memory or delete some apps you don't use much. I couldn't even install the update on my tablet until I deleted a few apps I really didn't need. (Think I only have a 32G card in my tablet but I really need to clean out those apps I don't use.)
