When it says 'Your Golden Spins have fully recharged.', what does it mean? Cause I can't spin since I only have 76c. Are these golden spins of any use if I have less than 100c?

Play the diamond game on the bottom of the picture and you make coins and don't lose any. It has a gem in the middle bottom in case you haven't used it before :)
