Hi Tamara! I'm glad you are enjoying YoWorld Mobile!
YoWorld Mobile is currently online. If you can, try the following and see if the problem is fixed:
If you're on an Apple device:
1) Open the YoWorld Mobile app
2) When it shows the "offline" message, double tap your home button (this should slightly zoom out and show all of your open apps)
3) Swipe up on YoWorld Mobile (this force-closes it)
4) Attempt to open the YoWorld Mobile app again
5) If it's still displaying that it is "Offline", please post here and let me know.
Alternative, if you're on an Android device, do the equivalent (force close the app). Unfortunately all Android devices are different with this step so I cannot tell you the exact steps for it, but you should be able to google them. Once again, if it still shows as "Offline", please post here and let me know. : )
