Ok. I am stuck at a snail pace getting to the next level now but that is ok... I love building a little bank by checking in on the app and then losing most of it but getting some really nice items.

With regards to leveling up, I'm sorry to hear you are finding it slow. We are currently working on ways to make leveling up more enjoyable and easier for a future update. I cannot give an exact date for this update yet since it's still early, but we're working hard to get it out!
