I deleted all my applications and photos even formatted my phone and keeps telling me there is not enough space

try looking at your settings or transferring your pictures to a different device and deleting them hopefully this helps

Are you connected to the internet? I cannot use the phone 4G to download. I must be connected to an internet service or I get a similar message.

it was a problem with the sim card
took it out and works fine then reinserted the sim card
