Mine is working fine. I only had problem once, after update and I deleted app and downloaded it again.

I'm not too sure then. :sad: unless you need to update your game? Have you checked google play to see if there are any new updates ? ( same place where you installed the game).

When you send in a ticket make sure you give them your phone model and try to be detailed as possible so they can help you easier. I don't have a samsung unfortunately so I don't know much about it. Hope they fix it for you

This is a bit of a stretch but....I once used the mobile app just outside of my house and I noticed I had a very weak connection to my modem. When I tried playing the game it came up with the maintenance message just like you said. Im wondering if the reason you can't connect might be a internet problem?

Have you tried going to a family/ friends place or even a public area to see if you still get the same message when using their internet? Do you always play the app at home?

umm i dont think so i am trying to play via wifi via phone 3g even i tried with a different phone connection but same . its not about internet speed my 3g is not bad at all :quiet: :heartbroken:

No problem, just letting you know that the app was recently updated ( idk why though, just looks the same but they've added a few star animations). So try opening the app if you can.

i did update it yesterday and the same maintenance msg i got again so with heavy heart i uninstall it :heartbroken: :'(
