1/ Try turning off your phone and rebooting it
2/ Disconnect your phone from the internet and reconnect it
3/ Try submitting a ticket via a computer in game ( what is the name of your phone? )

How long ago did you send it? It sometimes takes them 3-4 weeks to reply back, and because were close to christmas it might be busier = longer wait times. Sorry this is happening to you, I'm not sure what else I would do, that's very strange that your phone is doing this.

This is a bit of a stretch but....I once used the mobile app just outside of my house and I noticed I had a very weak connection to my modem. When I tried playing the game it came up with the maintenance message just like you said. Im wondering if the reason you can't connect might be a internet problem?
Have you tried going to a family/ friends place or even a public area to see if you still get the same message when using their internet? Do you always play the app at home?

umm i dont think so i am trying to play via wifi via phone 3g even i tried with a different phone connection but same . its not about internet speed my 3g is not bad at all![]()
