Hi, recently I had to get a new cellphone, which is where I was getting my Enter Link Codes to access my YoWorld account, now even though I kept the same number, the provider had to delete all my information and reset my old phone, so with that I have lost access to my YoPass enter link code access and now find myself no longer able to log onto to my YoWorld account :-(. I did provide BVG with the required photo ID on the YoWorld page and wondered how long it might take to be able to access my account? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
