I have been playing this app since the beginning. I received Yocash for levels 40-45. Then at level 46 I received coins only and I'm halfway through 47. I read on this site that there was a glitch and now I assume that mean no more cash. That's not fair to all the players including the fact that one player posted his 50 yocash at level 50 as well as a coin affect. Why punish some and reward others? We should be entitled to the same amount as everyone else, especially when a player waiting for the new levels. I started at 40 when the levels became available, why am I not getting the same treatment as others who began at the same place I did? :grr

I am at level 36 and I was so excited when I saw other players getting yc after level 40...

It is not cool , some players leveled up fast and got a lot yc and we are not going to get any...

So unfair o_o

I know. If they would have known sooner that there was a glitch with rewards then they should have fixed it before it had got to this. And now some people arent receiving rewards at all.

What?! The YC my friends have gotten was a glitch? I've been looking forward to getting those same rewards when I reach Level 40. I'm at Level 31. A neighbor of mine just posted that she got 40 YC at Level 40 just the other day. If some got it, all should. At the least, those who were playing at the time the "glitch" was "fixed" should be Grandfathered to receive the same reward, as we all expected and anticipated receiving the same. Please BVG.

I feel bad for those who aren't getting it. I started getting so much yocash and I was like wow BVG is being really generous, that's awesome! But no it's a glitch. Figures...

Is weird how a glitch it took them quite a few days to "fix" it. Could it be the speed that players were leveling up made them decide to pull it and so call it glitch instead. That bundles with coins and yocash sure helped a lot to level up quickly. Is just like the Romantic tree in our Yoworld game which was earlier said in podcast to later give out Mardi Gras items but many days later then it is said to be a misinformation :?:

. I see some sort of correlation between the quality of the item we got like it was rushed through like hmmm they are angry quickly change the plan don't put Mardi Gras put that romantic blurry water thingy out. Both these events coincidence? Hmmm? As the hamster wheel turns, the saga continues.

I got 40yc at level 40, 42 at another level (I can't remember which one) and 20 at the last I think. No 50yc for me :'(

But I'm not complaining at all! I haven't had so many yocash in ages!

I just got to level 40. I did not get any yocash at all. This is grossly unfair. I am so angry, it took me a long time to be able to play the mobile game, I don't have a phone that is suitable for games, and only found out about how to play on a PC a short while ago.
So I finally was able to play, and now this happens. I am not asking for special treatment but I would expect to be treated in the same way as my fellow players who received yocash just days ago for getting to the same level.
It is this sort of nonsense - inconsistency and unfairness - that make people leave games and never look back. I have not been in a financial position to be able to buy yocash before, but I started a new and better job a few months ago, I am now able to buy yocash, but sadly this kind of thing makes me want to keep my purse firmly closed.

I keep my purse closed and take it out for real life shopping, money better spent on beauty and pampering products, home accessories, new clothes, scrumptious food, knowing any rewards will be given consistently to all participating customers, and complaints and queries will be listened to and dealt with.

It was unfair for those who leveled up quickly, to as well get the reward that was yocash. Then calling it a 'Glitch' and not letting other players get the chance to have the opportunity to get the said yocash. I had to hear my friend say, from level 40-50 you get yocash, then when I finally reach level 40+ there wasn't. :grr

Same, I was level 19 have went from 19 to 26 almost 27 in 4 days, because I seen yc after 40

I feel the same. My friend got YoCash from 40-50 and I am getting nothing but coins. I know where i won't be spending my hard earned cash in the future unless they compensate others with Yocash.
