Ok, so I was about to purchase the current in-app sale of 0.99$ for the 5YC + 25000$ + in-game item. However, when attempting to purchase the item, there was no conversion rate. So because I'm British, I'm going to be forced to pay more?

I can understand a slight adjustment when it comes to making the payment through paypal as they have their own conversion rate. However, I'm confused about why I'm being forced to pay 99p instead of 0.99$ as suggested? 99p is around 1.30$. Probably doesn't seem like much, but when making multiple purchases over time, it all adds up.

Yes, and I'm being charged 0.99p ($1.20) which means there is no conversion. I'm being charged $1.20 (99p) when I should be charged 80p (0.99$). The fact that I'm not being charged 80p means there's no conversion rate, they're just directly changing the currency type not the price, thus, I'm being charged more than somebody from USA. I find that to be unacceptable. Why should I be charged more simply because I'm British?

I'd be upset as hell if They didn't convert. I know the Canadian money is worth more than a lot of other money, but you shouldn't buy ANYTHING unless it's converted for you. I mean, you can try sending a ticket in.. I have to say it isn't your fault you don't want to spend, because you're being forced to pay more because they don't want to convert something so simple.

I'm afraid exchange rates and conversions are entirely handled by the App Store and Google Play Store. Much as we wish we could control it for you, your best source for information about it would be to contact whichever app store you're using.
