Whenever I click the TV icon to watch videos, it flashes "none available" and then goes back to the regular icon as if I can watch a video. It does this even though I haven't watched a single video in a week.

For some reason, BVG kind of ignores this section sadly. Um, I think it depends on how strong your Signal or wifi is.
