Not only do the gem levels freeze, they often don't reward players for their accomplishments! This is poor programming and it needs to be remedied ASAP! Thanks.

I just started playing on the mobile companion app and I'm finding that the gem game crashes a lot too!

I find when I use CASH this happens way more often. Lost 100 cash yesterday doing spins had in betting 1 cash per spin It was taking 3 per spin. I stopped it as soon as I caught this was what was happening but by then all my cash was gone and it was not giving a thing when it should have. Cheaters it what it is..

Ever since the update with the tropical islands and stuff as the background, it is extremely laggy and barely loads. (It's not my phone because it worked perfectly fine before that update). I've waited months to see if it was just not working but I guess the lag is normal. o_o

It worked so well before they updated to the tropical crap in the back! Now it takes 20 minutes for a single game. :phew:
