I have been unable to transfer coins from the mobile game to YoWorld. It says I have "insufficient funds". The amount I was trying to transfer is 1 million. I have over 2 million. What is up with that?

Just want to let you guys know this mobile app really really needs to go through a little tune up! Lately I've tried to just bite my tongue and let it go when the app doesn't work right (like not counting a big win)...or in my case, not counting almost 10 big wins....I think we needed to collect 8 big wins in the Atlantis quest or maybe it was even 20 big wins...I quit taking screen shots after 11 were not credited to me. Anyhoo... I started out with 289000 coins.... and 30 minutes later, with my bet at 500 coins each roll, I'm down to 136000 coins and still not credited with 7 big wins yet. I'm about ready to just say..."nah, your measly little quest reward for 8000 coins just really isn't worth it!"....and I still had to get one big win on the next quest in the Wonderland slot, which, by the way took me 3 big wins before one was credited to me!...yep! complete with screen shots too! :thumbsup: The night before that, the quest posted get something like 3 single bars...at least the photo on the quest was of a single bar and I noticed it wasn't crediting me for them (I got 5 single bars in a row first spin)...then the reels landed on a mishmash that included 2 double bars and I got credited for them. You should hire an interpreter because I think you speak a different language than a lot of us! Or maybe it would be cool if you'd put it in writing what the quest is like 5 (five) Double Bars and show a photo of a 5/5 double bars! I don't know if some one who's programming the quests just isn't taking the time to program it right and make sure the instructions for the quest are matching what actually gets credited. Or maybe they don't know how to program it right. :eh: I think I only had to roll one (1) more Bonus Wheel win than was required tonight....and the wilds actually counted all of them! :D Almost made it through the session tonight without getting truly disgusted with whoever/whatever not being able to offer us a good quality product! But I just went through a my second round of collecting marble tiles in the Jewel game but after I clicked on "you completed level [i]whatever number[/i" which meant I just completed 160 (one hundred sixty) marble collects...but NO popup saying congrats and that I collected 150 marbles and received whatever number of coins.....so.....I closed it up so I could check to see how many marbles your game credited me for collecting since it doesn't keep track and put up a display for the player to know at that moment they got credited with what they won...that should happen after each winning turn like real slots do-at least show up somewhere on the screen to the player doesn't think they're getting ripped...which, eight times out of ten (8:10) we are! :grr
Tell me how can we feel like we're being treated fairly and are engaging in a good quality game that's worth investing our money into....SERIOUSLY???!! C'mon guys....we are not paying you with monoply money! Please, please, at least try to deliver! I've done real good with not sending in tickets which in all actuality I should do daily (if I was playing any other game and it wasn't working right, that's what I'd be doing!) and I've done real good not coming to this thread and spouting after my pent up FRUSTRATION from the Daily quests malfunctions....is that what I have to do? Daily come in here until you and the forumers groan and roll eyes when they see I've posted again...... and maybe you'll grow weary of that bit of entertainment and finally go in and adjust some scripting to improve it a bit...well....if that's what it takes....each bit of fine tuning will eventually give us some enjoyable mini games to entertain ourselves with.

Okay....I've ranted, I think I vented enough to go back and play level 25 for the third time and collect 80 more marble tiles...so I can clear a total of 240 marbles hopefully, just maybe get acknowledged and receive credit for 150. :angel: ok I had one last little blow off....


This is just really sad....you know, I usually only have to contact a game about a problem maybe once a year...if that! I like you guys and all, but it would be so much cooler if I could praise you about what a wonderful job you've done repairing what was broken!
By the way....can we have a "HELP" button in the Mobile app so we can file our problem reports right there? Then Cam and Robin could see all the discord their creation is giving their fans and maybe fix them! This HAS to be intentional!!! If it isn't, Don't you guys run trial runs? Testing? If so, are the players that are testing that lacking in gaming smarts to not recognize problems? Have you considered new testers? Gads! I gotta go!
