For some reason it won’t let me load up ads on the mobile app it says “not available” can you guys fix this?

I use to get ads on mine but for some time now dont get any ads to watch. It just show up grey TV so nothing available.

I haven't had ads in a long time. I submitted a ticket and they told me that there were just no ads available in my area.

I did not get any ads to play and earn coins for the entire month of December so I guess it hasn't been playing for 4 to 5 weeks and send them an email twice but still is not fixed. :eh:

Well much of the time, the ads dont pay out anyway... much of the time I am told the spin server has lost connection.. or the app cant work unless yoworld game is connected, and when it is the phone loses connection. and on and on it goes.. So I assume I can play it unless I am at home close to my computer....WHATS THE POINT OF THAT? its a MOBILE PHONE GAME ISNT IT? Jeeze. what a gyp?

no ads and loosing more then i can gain, i try other slots to fill bordem and seems like none will let me win anything unless its for the daily thing. :/ anyone else have this problem?

Yes! It is the same for me! I just did the daily quest of play 1 butterfly match game. It took me 17000 coins in 100 coin increments! I had 400 coins left after completing the 3 quests.

Everytime I play since the update, I get no ads what so ever, I can barely send any gifts, I more often than not have nothing left in coins and have to wait to collect the 4000 before I can play again.
I have bought cash and coin and get no payouts. I used to use the app for fun and to top up my YoWorld coin but since the update , it's not worth it!
Oh and level 58 is not working either!

So does anyone from Big Viking actually read and reply to these posts or are we just wasting our time with this too? :grr

Been having the same. No ads and I only get winnings when I play on the golden spins. The level up also gives no yocash, bairly coins- it's frustrating and it seems that no one at BVG is looking at it

It would really be nice if you would fix the adds in the mobile app. Once you level up you lose more coins than you get trying to do the daily challenges. I liked it better before you updated it. Please bring back the adds and put the daily challenges back the way they were.

after 2 months my ads r back today in the app and I was able to collect extra coins today, yay!
