These should not be a quest. They are nearly impossible to get. Yesterday I spent 3 hours on trying to get it but did not make it. Then today another one. Gold rush reel roluette game is broken and only gives a 10X boost making a mega win unlikely.
Really hate these new quests

this is really disheartening to have these impossible quests. Hopefully tomorrow they will be completeable

Yesterday I took hours it seemed before I got it.
Today, I timed it. 30 minutes of non stop spinning.. :phew:

My heart sank when I saw today's quest had a mega win requirement. It can be done - but only if you have the time - sigh....

I've lost 500,000 (never bet over 1000) and countless hours in 2 days trying to beat the mega win challenges to win 30,000. For a group of developers that seem to be very creative, you aren't very player orientated.

I never seemed to notice a problem with eventually getting a Mega Win until today with the Emerald City game. I have no idea how many games I played until the end and can't get one. Probably a couple of hours worth, but I'm always doing something else at the same time while it spins in the background and I have to touch it every so often. I can usually complete all the quests, no problem, but today it just won't be happening. I submitted a ticket thinking it was a bug in the game from the last update.

I filed a ticket about this earlier today and now I see it's a problem in the Atlantis game as well. This didn't used to be an issue a week ago, so something must have happened in the update. I provided the information to Viking Maverick, who responded to me earlier with a generic response, and also included a link to this thread.

The one thing about mega wins is that you don't have to bet high to get them. You can get them even betting 100c. That's what I do. The key is usually bonus wins. I don't bother with quests though, mostly because I'm always tasked to send out 10 gifts, but not enough people ask for them, so over it * rolls eyes *

Yes, that's what I do. I only bet 100 coins and the wins are always relative to the amount. I never even gave Mega Wins much thought until they were part of the daily quest and I couldn't get one. I've become more diligent about the quests since they started the gift at the end when you complete the rest. I've won a lot of coins and some good rare prizes that way, as well as prizes I don't care for, but I sold those in the AH for a good amount of coin and one item for a good amount of YC!

I went through Emerald City 5 times and never got a mega win. I used to jump on and do the quest each night, now that they are so time consuming with no result... no :heartbroken:

I feel the same. I use to use the companion app daily and would get frustrated if I missed a day. Now half the time I don't even bother to load it long enough to collect the daily bonus. I hate the new missions and not too fond of some of the older ones too. Removing 20 chains or 200 dirt gets tiring when it use to be get 20 pearls or gold bars.

The dirt and chain one isnt too bad if you use the right level but not a fan of the gold bars because the most gold bars in a level is 4 as far as I know

Agreed, since the update, it seems the goalposts have moved in amount elligible to win mega.. the 30,000 coin one couple days ago? i spent 110,000 coins and never obtained the mega level ran out of coins.. "big prize" was 15,000 ... impossible to win, tried upping the gamble number, and it took 7 hours to lose 110, 000 coins, only that i had sick day, not fair, defeatist.. and today again, unable to obtain mega challenge,
and while i have never been able to complete gift friends challenge, (posted 2nd comment on that post today.. "i received 10 gift requests for todays challenge and unable to gift any, apparently a limited number in total per friend limits this, first time ever ive had more than 3 requests couldn't give one gift".. im losing interest, too frustrating, so today succeeded only one of the challenges. wont be giving it any more time other than daily log ins, wont even bother with friend requests or mega challenges

Im going to send in a ticket, pretty sure theres a glitch with this...Ive rolled for 2 hours, a friend has been at it 4-6 hours, nothing! pretty sure this is not normal ....

It's hopeless. I put it on auto spin yesterday for 5 hours straight and again today for 4 hours straight and nothing. I got a few Super wins, but there is no sign of a Mega. Since that update, I don't think it's possible. And to top it off, while you are wasting time on this mobile game with endless spins, you can't play the real game, as you will get disconnected in both.

So until someone posts that they are currently getting Mega wins. the mobile game is now going to be history for me. I'm tired of wasting my time with it.
