Time is running out on the bundle, but whenever I click on the $0.99 option to actually buy it, it doesn't let me. :?:

Does anyone else have this problem? It's so frustrating!

So sorry that this is happening to you. I never had that problem, but only thing I know, that if you don't buy it now, when you have that 24 hrs window, you will get the same offer eventually. I know this won't solve your problem, but at least you know, that sometimes in the future, you will get offered the Emerald City Bonus Bundle again.
