Any Time i get the big bonus after collecting enough what i need for it it will play only till the end and then it will freeze to where i don't collect anything if i re open the app i end up right before i can collect the bonus i get the tile i need it goes into the bonus plays all the way through again and crashes

In multiple games it does that

Me too. No way to get the bonus or gifts.
