I have these 2 "Large Snowy Christmas Trees" and they can not be placed anywhere in my room. What i mean by this is , when i go to my inventory and search for them , i am able to find them. But when i go to edit room and search for them there , they don't show up . I have been told that alot of the older Christmas trees (Mostly 08) are unable to be placed into a room . Other players are having the same problem with other older items that they have . Do you guys also have items that do the same ? If so list them , and maybe they will be fixed in the future . Thank You .

This is a known issue. It involves what used to be vip. I have been in communication with Big V over the past few weeks about this and I have been told this will be part of a future fix.
My Christmas ornaments = balls, bulbs, bells, candy canes, angels, reindeer cannot be placed. My aluminum can tree, Deco tree, tinsel trees, Snowy trees cannot be placed. My milk and cookies, fruit cake and egg nog cannot be placed.
From what I understand there are more things that fall in this category and need fixing. For instance the bubble machine and various 08 and 09 chairs. I left my stuff up where it was placed when the game was moved and am afraid to put it into inventory because I will not be able to get it out again. I did lose one tree this way already. I consider this one of the worst things that could happen to me as my holiday decorating is a large part of why I play this game.

I don't think they can be put in the AH either. I think the problem exists with both the large, medium and small trees from 08, snowy or not.

I never knew those trees were vip items, I wasn't aware there was vip in 08

This is what Big V told me they were. According to them, this has to do with the old vip category that we would see when looking in yoville.com at our profiles and goods. This has nothing to do with what Z later started charging for and called vip.

OK, I vaguely remember that category and that they showed there. I hope they get fixed, but there is such a backlog it faulty items. I'm guessing it will take a while, pity, those trees are awesome

All of the items in limbo can be placed in the auction house or gifted but they cannot be traded with another player. I feel bad for anybody that buys these items in the auction house not knowing that once they do they cannot place it. I have a lot of items affected by this and I hope they fix it soon. Also, I can place my small and large deco trees but not the medium one *shrugs*
