It doesn't. Every single Mr. Snow costume says (Skin not included) or whatever it is. It's been that way since forever.

as stated, its 08 mr snow and not unreleased, its from the 08 chistmas costume collection..i have one, a nice costume , only bad thing is you cant change hairs with it and it does not come with the white skin.

The costume has this weird dip in the belly area. I used to own it and wore a white fur coat over it, which looked cool. Then Zynga messed with the costume and clothing layering and it never looked right after that because bits of the costume poked through the coat.

I had forgotten about him. The first time that I saw in trade years I cancelled because of the skin information and thought the guy was a scammer. Lol, I was not the smartest person around.

I have one myself . As others have stated this was not unreleased. it does have an odd crook in the belly of it lol. Looks dumb with no white skin..
