I've had that problem at times too but sometimes after I start yoworld it may take a minute before it actually loads. Not sure if that's the problem or not but give it a try. Or maybe try opening a few different tabs of yoworld and see if one might come up for you. If not submit a ticket like others said. I hope you get it figured out
