I bought white gold ninja hair on the 3rd of july for 700k knowing it would go up in price fast. On the 4th of july, i had a buyer willing to pay 2m for it. But the trade kept failing over and over again. We both refreshed the game, and it failed again. So to test out the problem, we tryed other items, and the trade worked for other items. But then, trying to trade the wgn hair still kept failing... (the guy then offered for me to gift the item first ...and he could pay after, but i`m not falling for that possible scam opportunity). My question is : Is my item bugged out? Is this some kind of trade glitch? or did the guy purposely make the trade fail (somehow) to try to scam me?

Sounds really fishy to me, good call on not gifting. Although today, I was trying to trade with a friend of mine and the trade kept failing. I ended up just having to gift the items for free.

ty for your quick answer i guess ill try to trade with my sister later on and see if its a trade glitch or if the guy was trying to scam me... He was pretty agressive, I have a feeling it was probly a scam attemp on his part.

I am pretty sure this was a scam. Especially since he was aggressively trying to move you along. I bet if you told him trade you the payment for the WGN hair and you would trade a small item and then you would gift the hair after, he would say no.

It's not a scam. This has happened to me on other items before too. What I did to make it work was put something random in like freebies or something cheap and the trade went through. It's jut a glitch that has been around for a while.

Edit: As for the gifting part, that could have been him being honest trying to buy it but I'd never fall for gifting something without getting payment unless it's someone I know very well, which I do that with them pretty often.
