They are doing an update at the same time. Kills 2 birds with 1 stone to send out an update and release stuff all in 1 short down period.

They don't want any bugs with the new items so they are doing a little maintenance.

Meh, Loolyo, i don't recall zynga having maintenance when realeasing items.

They have to do that, they are releasing a very important item into the game right now, they cannot put any scratches on this.

The item is The Golden Anthony Award. Very Rare.
