Please, please, please for the love of Neptune BVG get rid of it! It freezes me nearly every time. I can't click it off. I have to refresh up to 10 times sometimes just to play the game for a few minutes! It's been going on ever since the releases started.

omg yes another person experiencing what I'm experiencing yes when the new popup comes it i can't click anything it just freezes me omg it is so annoying i send a message to bvg to fix this PLEASE FIX IT ANNOYS THE HECK OUT OF ME !!!!!!!! :evil:

I am a victim also. I have to refresh like 5 times before I can actually click on it. Clearing the cache, etc. doesn't help at all. I hope it's resolved by tomorrow evening. Thanks

I agree. I freeze and have to refresh, but at least I only have to refresh once each time I log on.

sorry, I was just in a hurry and frustrated after what seemed like my millionth refresh of the evening.

I'm on Chrome. Haven't tried another browser.

Having the same problem and also my Auction House won't let me choose other search options like cash high to low or ending soon with out freezing up and having to keep restarting. Tysm for any help. May God bless:)

Sucks that you and others are having this issue, but I wouldn't want it to be gone . I find it quite useful . ,Hopefully they can fix whatever it's causing the troubles but keep it, still.

Their response was it is the Global Flash Cache? No idea how that makes a button non-clickable thus crashes the game.

I understand if the "cache" is not saved so it makes the pop-up appear, but when it pops up and cannot be clicked over and over again then that is a bug, right?

I know that when I log in after a release that this pop up will happen and as soon as it does I just refresh... gone. Hope everyone is well today.

Yes, some of us for whatever reason are having it popup about every time we RF. It happens to me if I use Firefox with all default settings. About 25% of the time I can click the Ok button and it goes away but the majority of the time when the popup comes it does not respond to clicks so it persists there and blocks the game from being playable. RF and the same thing happens again and again until finally a popup will allow a click until the next time you have to RF. Super annoying.

I will also say if you use a link to start off at the factory or the Alton's yard or somewhere else besides your own apartment/home, the pop-up does not appear

Def a bug and they need to remove the pop up, it doesn't serve a "great" purpose so it can be removed and no one will miss it.

Please, please, please BVG remove that pop up until you can get the bugs out. I'm tired of refreshing, refreshing, refreshing...enough!
