I think people are taking advantage of being able to use events again, and now that new accounts have been allowed in to the game they can make alts and pretend to be new.

I remember this event today, a begging event, and the girl who was apparently new had almost all Silver Badges.

Tbh I don't have the patience to make a event and wait for someone to come because IF someone comes it will be by accident or 30 minutes after you make event.
