I went to buy the 5$ yocash packet 2 days ago, and it scammed me, after I pressed the done button after submitting my card information, my yv crashed and when i rf, no yc, what do I do?

Use the Help button on the tab in your game and submit a ticket.

look under facebook for payment history, if you see nothing there, try your card again. if that does not work contact facebook

you would need to contact facebook, it was not BVG that took your money it was facebook

I would first check your card to see if you were charged then in game to make sure the YC didn't show up. Then if yes to both, submit ticket & let them know. Let your Credit card co. know too. GL
