how long will items be in stores??
are they going to be in the stores for a great deal of time??
what kind of notices will we get if they are to be removed?

I am curious... I think would be nice to know if items are going to stay for a while. Then some players (that don't have a lot of coins or ways to make coins right now) can plan their in game purchases... and then those that buy and sell.. if the items are going to be in stores for a long time, then they need not stock up on items (the longer they are in stores, the less likely sellers are to buy multiples) ..

knowing this info could and would benefit a lot of players, from all sides ...

If they are removed without notice, it seems to have been accidental as of late and they were put back. No worries, I don't believe.

I was talking about the other items... and future items...

not about the hulk and bandana.. obviously those would be brought back, was very obvious...

I remember reading somewhere that Greg/Gary said they will not be removing regularly themed items from stores if they are good sellers. So, if a theme makes them money...it stays.

yeah it sure would be helpful. but i dont recall zynga ever giving us notice, well, until they actually stuck a timer on the items.
so i dont imagine bvg being much different. but things are different now, maybe they will give us a countdown before the official countdown..?

We've only had 2 items that were purposely put in store for a specific amount of time and they had timers. I don't believe for one second that anything will leave without a timer or notification. BVG don't play that. ;)

that works out good too... when I deco, it's nice to browse over many different themes to fill certain spots, the more themes available, the better it is for me, and most decorators :D :D :D :D

I agree with this.
BVG seems to stand by their word. I totally respect that about them and have no doubts they'll veer from what they say unless there's a very good reason to do it.

5. Are you planning to retire any of the themes in store at the moment?

Gary: Not yet. Realistically we plan to run it like any other store. If something sells well, it stays. If something doesn’t sell well, it’s put on clearance and then removed. There will likely be limited edition or even limited number items too.

it can be good and bad it gives players a chance to save up and buy. it can slow buyers down most of the stuff has been in the stores for years players have most of it. when there is a lot of same stuff around, if you are a collector price value is not going to be there

yes, but it clashes with the policy that items should be available to all players.. if some are out of town, in hospital, under severe weather conditions, they don't get the chance to buy these 'limited number' items...
