And if there is how long does it take them to get back to you?
Why there is no way to pay with PayPal?

To get in touch with BVG, use the help button at the top of your game screen. I sent them an email and it took about a week to hear back. They are slammed with emails and some people sending 2 or 3 or 4 emails and it's just crazy what they are having to deal with. Patience is the key. Someone WILL get back to you....it just takes time.
I don't know about PayPal........sorry
